The guide surfaces of these lathes are hardened to a hardness of up to 58 HRC, which gives them exceptional precision and rigidity during machining. In addition, grinding the guide surfaces for one clamping guarantees long-term accuracy and stability of the machine, which is key for demanding machining operations.
