SEKO Aerospace a.s., a key player in the production of complex components for the aerospace and energy industries, works with extremely demanding materials – titanium, Inconel and other alloys. Precision is essential here, every millimeter determines the functionality and safety of the resulting part. 

In order to cope with the growing volumes of orders and increasing quality requirements, they decided to expand production with powerful CNC lathes from TDZ Turn. A total of 13 machines were deployed – vertical VLC and VSC – with the aim of ensuring stability and repeatability. 

Thanks to this step, SEKO achieved a significant reduction in scrap rates, faster production and better surface quality of thin-walled and complicated parts. It is a modern technology with a clear result: production that “stayed the course” even in the most demanding challenges.
